Seek highly innovative leader to be responsible for management & development of our clients North American product portfolio. Company focus' on go to market optimization across all media--online and offline--that will drive increased customer value. :Lead the strategic planning for all product lines to support business and market development. Manage a team of leaders that will develop and execute strategies to meet revenue growth as well as global P&L goals.

Need solid background in Product Category Management----Support robust online product content with digital team; North American product strategy and NPI/NPD based on competitive differentiation to existing products; Manage portfolios of existing products through SKU rationalization & gap analysis; Research & determine list pricing; Develop new multi channel marketing tools; Provide strategic direction on content.

Go to Market Optimization--- Develop & execute go to market strategy to support strategic product portfolio through all channels; Drive regional product merchandising and multi-channel campaigns; Drive product breath, speed to market & optimization with all channels and regions.

Report to very dynamic V.P. of Marketing. Manage staff of 25
through 6 direct reports. Key is ability to partner closely with Finance, Sourcing, Operations etc Strong influencing skills needed--Strategic Sourcing & demand planning, Sales product training, Global NPD Innovation & NPI strategies, etc

BS Required, MBA strongly preferred. 10-15 years of progressive B2B Marketing. Solid Digital & E-Commerce skills needed. Must be broad based multi product/multi channel Marketing professional with outstanding Leadership skills. Proven track record of building revenue, bottom line & human talent.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
