From decluttering and packing, to real estate services, construction, cleaning, and clean-outs we can help.

Summary:
We are looking for your help immediately.
This is a part-time position.
Your hours will vary from week to week depending on how much work there is.
You must enjoy working with and supporting older adults, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working on teams.
You will have the opportunity to grow with the company if you are willing to learn.
This candidate should be eager to learn and be a team player.

Responsibilities:
Our Packer Specialists provide the following services:
Declutter and downsize client's items.
Some minor lifting of bins and boxes Provide superior client service to clients and business partners.
Assist clients to determine which belongings to keep, donate, gift, sell, or discard.
Professionally pack all items, assist with unpacking and getting clients settled in their new home.
Initiate and maintain communication with the Team Leader throughout job engagement.
Participate in Team Meetings and One on One Meetings with Team Leader and Management.
Provide feedback to Team Leader and Management for the best possible service to clients.
This is an opportunity for you to be part of a fun team with a flexible schedule and the ability to make a difference in people's lives.
Let's work together! QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be able to work 2 to 5 days per week (Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm) depending on availability.
Some weekends will be required.
Must be honest, compassionate, reliable and dependable.
Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle and personal cell phone.
Some jobs are across the state of Connecticut, and some out of state.
Must be able to work physically for a minimum of 4 hours.
A high school graduate or GED equivalent is required.
Must have references, allow for a background check and be insurable/bondable.
