Responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinator job focuses on increasing brand awareness and sales through effective use of social media outlets and other forms of advertising.
This position reports to:
Manager of Operations SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
Using Social Media marketing tools to create, enhance, and maintain the company's brand.
Develop Social Media Campaigns Utilize digital technologies to meet the goals of social media and advertising campaigns.
Interacting with customers and Sales Representatives via the company's social media accounts Analyze company's digital marketing plan including the website and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements and implementing directions from management.
Actively research social media and advertising trends keeping management updated of changes that are relevant to company's marketing activities.
Establish key performance indicators for social media campaigns i.
e.
, targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaigns performance.
Craft engaging content that consistently align with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage customers.
Work with vendors on co-op adverting programs.
Update company website and actively maintain content.
Provide input to management on recommended advertising other than social media and manage implementation, evaluation, and changes to that advertising.
SKILLS &
Experience:
Candidate must have superb time management skills.
Must have a self-motivating attitude, strong organizational skills & desire to deliver and execute our company values.
Great verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Marketing Background Preferred.
Must have proficient knowledge of or be able to learn:
Social Media and other Advertising Platforms Office suite of Products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) P.
