The candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, managing schedules, driving to other businesses as needed, and ordering supplies.
The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, customer relations skills, and a willingness to take initiative.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Assist with other office duties as needed.
ACTUAL JOB DESCRIPTION Your job:
- Use the phone to:
make appointments, order parts, call customers, take payments, and order lunch.
- Usually pick up said lunch.
- Write repair orders and modify throughout the day as the jobs are updated.
- Monitor office supplies and order as needed.
- Drive customers' cars to emissions testing, tire shops, etc.
- Perform internet research as required.
- Be as affable as possible.
