Summary:
This is a unique opportunity for a part time office accounting professional to make your own schedule.
This individual can make their own schedule Monday through Friday, 4/5 hours each day or three days a week.
Responsibilities Enter purchase orders and invoices; research & resolve payables issues with vendors Processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests Balancing statements, reconciling accounts for payments & verifying data in system Problem resolutions of account related issues Data Entry and Review Cashiering Daily deposit Enter new and used vehicles in inventory system DMV title work, vehicle registrations backup Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic accounting knowledge Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and be able to multi-task Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills Responsible and dependable
