The Social Worker assures residents' psycho-social needs are met and their rights are upheld by assessment, counseling and advocacy as prescribed by professional standards.
Qualifications Bachelor of Science, Social Work Experience in health care setting with geriatric experience preferred Knowledge of regulatory agencies and requirements Must be able to relate to geriatric population We take great care of careers.
