We are currently hiring a certified PA/APRN for our Wallingford Care Center to participate in outpatient care.
Responsibilities include new patient consults as well as follow up visits.
The clinician will be responsible for patient assessment, the ordering and analysis of relevant radiology and laboratory studies as well as necessary follow up and patient education.
The successful candidate must be able to perform independently as well as function as part of a treatment team.
Typically 12 patients per day.

Reimbursement for CME, professional society membership, and licensure.
Base salary guaranteed with 5%-15% yearly bonus based on merit.
