Position
Summary:
The Data Services Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate gift entry, and maintenance of CRM database donor records and data.
The Data Services Coordinator processes Giving data as required to support processing gifts and keeping donor records updated, complete, and accurate.
The Data Service coordinator also supports the ERP database and online ordering systems as necessary.
The Data Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Data and Analytics and will support other Connecticut Foodshare staff as needed.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Enters gifts into CRM database in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate coding.
May provide customer service to donors to resolve issues and update gift entry.
Trains staff and interns on relevant gift entry systems as needed.
Corrects and appends donor records based on input from donors and other staff.
Reconciles gift data with the Finance Department on a timely basis.
Assist with monitoring of connector between Agency Express and Ceres Backup to Data and Analytics Manager Requirements:
Minimum Education/
Experience:
Associates degree in related field AND 2 years of related experience in defined function in comparable environment OR 4 years of related experience in defined function in comparable environment.
Preferred Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field with 1
years of progressively responsible experience in defined function OR 3
years of progressively responsible experience in defined function.
Experience with gift entry, CRM database systems, and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with donors in a non-profit profit or customer service environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
