Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary that does not fluctuate based on the number of visits you see.
No confusing 80/20 split - your base salary is YOUR base salary! In addition, we offer generous productivity bonuses that are paid out BI-WEEKLY.
Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k (with annual company match) all start within your first 30 days of employment.
You can earn up to 160 hours (or 4 weeks) of PTO, plus 6 holidays.
PTO hours do increase with years of service.
Pay range for this position will vary depending on experience level, but our estimated range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year (not including bonus potential and CEU $$).
