Summary:
As the Field Manager (FM), your primary focus is ensuring exceptional customer experiences during our production processes.
This role involves conducting site visits, fostering customer relationships, and adhering to our established RBR Production Process.
You'll oversee project management, quality control, crew leadership, and ongoing training to deliver outstanding results for our valued customers.
This position can be summarized through the following
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Follow, Train and Enforce the RBR Production Process Manage and Close Projects Installation Quality Control Lead, manage, and hold accountable Crews SKILLS NEEDED Very little hands on construction work- Instead we are looking for a leader that can help manage crews and interact with our customers.
Managing roof and insurance restoration installation projects Managing work crews and Foremen Visiting job sites to do customer support and quality control Do pre installation site visits to collect scope information Coordinate and perform small amount of service work Some hands-on construction past experience is important.
you need to be a person that knows their stuff around residential construction.
