We are looking for a few well-rounded individuals who have solid technical skills as well as great communication skills to expand our Remote Operations Center.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to work with minimal management in a team environment where every member is an important part of our success.
Minimum 3 years experience in Windows service roles, preferable in relation to systems administration and support.
Microsoft and Comptia certifications are preferable and move candidates to the front of the line, but nothing beats experience.
The right individual likes taking charge and delivering a superb customer experience while correcting problems and handling issues for users.
A stable work history is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
