, Lawson, Workday) - Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance on available options - Conduct benefits orientations for new hires and facilitate training sessions on benefits programs - Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to negotiate contracts and resolve issues - Prepare and distribute communications materials related to benefits programs - Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for regulatory reporting purposes Skills:
- Strong knowledge of benefit administration practices and employment labor laws - Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.
