Basic Knowledge of Corel Draw Proficient computer skills - Experience with MS Office - Outlook and Word Essential Functions/

The accounting assistant will fill in on a variety of accounting tasks that are needed.
Duties and responsibilities Delegate specific creative goals for each department.
Making sure MBO Creative are done early in the day.
Hold creative staff meetings once per week.
o Discuss changes in productivity, workload, problems, and projects.
Require creative to follow standard creative procedures and document.
o Post standard work so that it can be utilized.
Maintain a 24-48-hour creative standard for all departments.
o Accountable to report all creative numbers daily using the provided spreadsheet.
Keep track of errors, hours, and output of the Creative Staff.
o Review overnight orders with creative errors.
Enter QC issues for those once resolved.
Maintain and exceed productivity per hour standards set by your manager.
Listen to the needs of the Creative Staff.
o Cross train/promote and grow each individual.
Take charge in the Review Process for the Creative Staff.
o Maintain Full Time Reviews In regard to computer and program issues and bring problems and suggested solutions to IT/Operations for review.
o In regard to the designer, bring concerns to Front end Web development.
When needed create for in-house and outsource pipelines.
o Maintaining the Outsource Art Issue dashboard.
Assisting management to improve processes.
o Cross train cad creative for between print/embroidery o Create standard work for processes.
o Communicate processes that will improve the department.
