Process wages in ADP's payroll system including commissions, deductions, garnishments, vacation time, sick time, and overtime (knowledge in ADP would be helpful).
Onboarding and benefits administration for employees which includes medical, dental, life and disability insurance, along with managing 401k employee contributions and loans as well as offboarding.
Process reporting of monthly union benefit payments.
Maintain and process paperwork for random drug screening for CDL drivers.
Maintain employee payroll records and files with confidentiality and discretion.
Serve as backup for Accounts Receivable when needed.
Some MS Excel knowledge needed.
Understanding of journal entries in accounting.
We will train entering into our business system.
