SummaryQualified candidates for this position will provide customer service support such as order entry/management, pricing, product availability, invoicing, customer returns, and backlog reporting.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesoProvide customer support for a specific sales territory and/or collection of key accounts.
oPrimary customer contact for order management and sales inquiriesoGenerate quotes, assist where appropriate with product recommendations.
oComplete PO/Contract review for all orders.
oWork with other TMS functions to manage customer requests, expedite and/or recover late orders.
oManage expectations with customers on product lead times, delivery requests, and product availability.
oReview, enter and acknowledge purchase orders.
oUpdate open order reports and provide to accounts as requested.
oManage customer portals.
oInvestigate and process customer returns.
oInvoicingoRespond to customer requests for documentation.
Qualifications/RequirementsoMinimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experienceoMinimum 3 years' experience in sales and/or customer serviceoHighly organized and personableoStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
oStrong verbal and written communication skillsoPromote team atmosphere.
oFamiliar with ERP systems - preferably OracleoExperience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
