Prepare all menu items according to Chick-fil-A's lean entr e process Prepare & deliver catering orders (depending on age and training) Follow strict food safety guidelines Deliver best-in-class speed of service Clean and maintain an orderly kitchen; wash dishes & take out trash Clean & re-stock workstations, scrub & clean floors Track, document, and rotate inventory; communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of food Read KPS system effectively to ensure high order accuracy rate Follow proper opening/closing procedures Follow the instruction of team leaders as they relates to other kitchen responsibilities Must-Have Characteristics:
