IT Quality Control Advisor will analyze and classify complex change requests and feature lists; participate in JADs to review detailed requirements; lead testing impacts discussions and work across teams to define test plan using test management tools, including Rational Quality Manager or HP Quality Center and processes, including Test estimation, Test planning, Test Data management, Test execution, Defect Management and Test Status reporting for full SDLC; lead and coordinate all testing in system area using test automation tools (QTP or RFT) and SQL, including triggers, queries and stored procedures; conduct text executive metrics reporting, including gathering, analyzing and summarizing test data; prepare test artifacts relevant to the projects; create and test scenarios related to the requirements; plan and create test data relevant for project testing; plan and execute testing during testing cycles; track defects identified during testing and re-execute tests to validate results; develop and perform system testing and Systems Integration testing; provide testing status during testing phases; manage onshore/offshore test execution resources for project under test; work with other leads to ensure all testing related activities are carried out for a project; evaluate test data management, including source systems to ensure privacy and compliance; and work with the UAT team during UAT phase.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 5 years of testing and product quality experience. Experience must include: system testing lead/coordination; SDLC; test automation tools, including QTP or RFT; test data management evaluation including source systems to ensure HIPAA privacy and compliance; test management tools, including Rational Quality Manager or HP Quality Center; test management processes, including test estimation, test planning, test data management, test execution, defect management and test status reporting; SQL, including triggers, queries and stored procedures; onshore/offshore test execution management; and test executive metrics reporting, including gathering, analyzing and summarizing test data.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
