GENERAL SUMMARY: Planning, coordinating, and budgeting
work connected with the testing, commissioning and maintenance of
electrical distribution and transmission systems for clients. Provide
technical support for technicians in the field.
o Manage day-to-day operations of field engineers and technicians.
o Consult with clients to determine their technical requirements and scheduling needs.
o Assist Sales Manager in annual reviews and hiring of new personnel.
o Serve as secondary contact for customers behind sales manager.
o Coordinate and verify testing and safety procedures are being adhered to by office engineers and technicians.
o Professional presentation required in dealing with employees, clients and suppliers.
o Conduct technical and safety training for office personnel.
o Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical equipment testing and
inspection, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
o B.S. in electrical Engineering or Associates Degree preferred.
o NETA Certification a plus.
o Proficiency in use of Doble Power Factor Test and many other test
types of test equipment, including analysis of results. Doble relay
testing would be a significant plus.
o Thorough knowledge of all types of electrical equipment, installation procedures, and maintenance.
o Excellent management and supervisory skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Superior Safety record.
o Experience with transformers, circuit breakers, switchgears, and relays.
o Experience with budget and profit/loss responsibilities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
