Inside Sales Representative
Join our Inside Sales team. Our Inside sales representatives are professionals who service established accounts and prospect leads to increase our customer base. Upon hire you will participate in a product orientation program to quickly gain expertise with Ulbrich's products, customers and precision manufacturing processes.
This position will provide excellent customer service to established accounts through inbound telephone sales calls; Successfully expedite first time prospective customer calls to determine product requirements and the appropriate product solution that Ulbrich can provide; Determine pricing and delivery using established guidelines; Make outbound calls to leads provided through marketing activities. Service assigned accounts to ensure repeat business and to meet customer requirements with regard to all aspects related to the sale and delivery of their product.
Qualifications
College degree in Business required. A minimum of 1 year inbound /outbound business to business telephone sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly gain expertise with a diverse and technical product line. Computer proficiency a must.
