Ulbrich Stainless Steels and Special Metals, Inc., located in North Haven, CT., has a temporary opportunity in our International Inside Salesperson group. We are seeking a bi-lingual (German/English) individual to assist in supporting our International Sales Department. This position will assist with all facets of sales and customer service for international customer accounts in a business-to-business inbound and outbound telephone sales environment.
In this temporary position you will be responsible for servicing and supporting our European accounts where German is the primary language. This includes pricing, customer development, and the sale of our diverse and technical product line to meet customer requirements.
Qualified candidates must have spoken and written fluency with German; a Bachelor's degree is preferred as well as previous sales experience. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service orientation; and must be proficient using Microsoft Office. Basic French is a plus.
