Payment Posting Specialist
Summary: An Excellent Client of The McIntyre Group seeks an experience Accounts Receivable candidate to assist the company! The candidate will be responsible for posting related activities of a clerical, mathematical nature and posts payments.
Responsibilities:
Posts payments and adjustments;
Ensures all payments and adjustments are balanced on a daily basis.
Reviews Explanation of Benefits to assure proper payment and adjustment posting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; supplemented with three (3) years of related work
Knowledge of insurance payment processing
Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to operate personal computer and CRT
Ability to maintain accuracy
Ability to approach problems/decisions analyticallyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
